Stunning cottage, peaceful location, and views were out of this world with the display of autumnal colours. Comfortable and well maintained cottage, and the seating area outside on the deck was lovely. We were lucky with the weather, so we managed to make use of the dock and the lake. The owners were very helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lakeside cottage. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet, scenic, and right by the water. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family especially loved spending time on the deck and enjoying the beautiful lake views. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

BowLakeHouse - Lakefront Cottage with Beach is a recently renovated holiday home in Bancroft, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and barbecue facilities. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The place was very homely and meticulously prepared for us. It really made us feel like the owners cared about it and treated it as their own home. There were provisions to make our stay extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and in order. The location was extremely convenient, as it was right off the highway and close to town. However, at the same time it was peaceful and quiet. The views of the lake were spectacular, and the backyard was absolutely beautiful. Last but certainly not least, the hosts were very responsive and caring. They ensured our stay was warm and welcoming. We certainly will be planning to come back again in the summer to experience a different side of the cottage, as in the winter, we couldn't enjoy the lake in the same way as we would otherwise.
