The stylish ambiance of this glass enclosed space is perfect to enjoy throughout the day and evening and has expansive seating options; ideal for events of any size. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoy very much. Due to typhoon-related flight delays, the reservation service helped with the change of stay day. When we return to Vancouver, we plan to stay at this hotel again.

Very clean, love that they clean your room everyday without having to request it, to me this is one of the perks of staying in a hotel. Check out is at noon so you don’t feel rushed to get out on your day of departure. Staff are all very friendly and helpful!

Offering on-site dining and an indoor pool, this hotel is located inside of the Vancouver International Airport. Guests can the on-site spa and fitness centre. A cable TV is included in each guest room. The previous comments say it all, but I just want to confirm that this is a top-notch perfect hotel. Every single aspect of this hotel is best in class. The hotel itself is luxury at its purest, very spacious, nice bathroom, bathtub and shower, very comfortable bed. (Deluxe Room). The view at the runway is unique and super impressive. The location could not be better. Right in the center of the airport, so arriving in or departing from Vancouver could not be more comfortable nor easier. The staff was more than friendly, we received a late checkout free of charge, and everybody we encountered was more than friendly. Thank you to all the team for being so passionate about the hotel, I hardly ever experienced this consistency of kindness in a hotel which felt authentic. Flying to Vancouver next time, our first and last night will be in the Fairmont Airport Hotel, that’s for sure.

Breakfast was incredible, great taste and quantity, perfect to help you to run until dinner time

In a prime location in the centre of Vancouver, Smithe House provides free WiFi throughout the property and a fitness centre. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service. Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

Great location, very clean and well appointed, fantastic communication! The bed was really comfy for sleeping as well.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was on the basement but not humid nor dark. The host prepared lots of welcoming presents for us. And all the stuff was extremely clean. I really love this place.

The staff is nice, everything is clean and easy to use. I arrived at 1am and it’s really easy to get there from the airport. They also offer free transportation to airport.
