There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Thomas kept in constant contact prior to the check-in and was at the office when I arrived. Helped us with the check-in process with clear explanations on things to note. There is a lift so we did not have to carry our luggage up flights of stairs! The unit we booked (2-bedroom apartment with balcony) had everything for our family of 4. Living room/dining area and bedrooms were cosy. The washer + tumble dryer came with 2 complementary wash pods, we bought more for ourselves from the nearby Coop supermarket. Overall no complaints during our 3 nights here! Very satisfied, will book again for future visits!
