Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. It was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, amazing view, spacious room for the 4 of us, comfort bed, nice bathroom design, we had a nice walk in the morning, fresh air. Definitely we will get back here!
