The hotel facilities are great, with a good sense of design and very clean. However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The service throughout my stay was truly top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! Great, new hotel with superb amenities. There is a spacious underground parking, great wellness, big room with mountains view and super comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. Local honey and chocolate spread to die for! Yummy! The rooms were very well noise-isolated. Highly recommend. I hope to come back soon!

The Winkelmatten Bus Stop is located in front of the property. The Klein Matterhorn Cable Car can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Cable Car Station is a 5-minute drive away. Zermatt is a car-free resort. Nice view from the hotel, really quite.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Amazing view from the hotel although the location is not close to the station. you can take the bus which stops there. Room is clean with balcony. And it is very quiet. there is welcome drink and cookie. There is also microwave at night you can heat your own food. We recommend to spend one night there. If you have big luggage do take a bus. It is up on the slope almost not possible to carry suitcase by yourself.
