The bedroom was comfortable, the hospitality was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were attentive and gave us great tips for sightseeing and local restaurants. The hotel has AI (XiaoDu). It doesn’t support English, but that’s not a problem.

The front desk staff are incredible; it’s honestly the best team we’ve encountered in any hotel across Asia. Their service and kindness are exceptional. We would definitely come back to Beijing and stay here again without hesitation. I was really surprised that they spoke English so well, something quite rare in China! And even the people who didn’t speak English in the hotel did everything they could to communicate with you, even using their phones to translate. I absolutely loved their attentiveness!

Hele aardige en behulpzame host. Ze liet ons de zonsopgang ervaren op de muur. Bracht ons met de auto naar Lake at the Great Wall en regelde taxi terug naar Changping. Er worden dingen georganiseerd zoals Chinese papierkunst workshop en een demonstratie met Chinees muziekinstrument. Accomodatie is sfeervol en leuk restaurantje.

The breakfast was excellent and the service exceptional. The gym was spacious and included all you needed for a good strength training workout. The hotel’s location is about 20 minutes by car from the old town and the Forbidden City. Taxis are readily available and not expensive. The staff were very helpful and efficient. However, their English is not as proficient as you’d like it to be. But we still managed to communicate ok.
