The property is around 21 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 2.1 km from Baofeng Lake and 3.1 km from Suoxiyu. The hotel has a hot tub, a kids' club and free WiFi. Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

I truly recommend staying at this homestay. I felt more like a part of the family than a hotel guest. Hotel arranged transportation for me & provided detailed explanation how to reach the hotel. I was shown around in the town & received help when I got sick. I definitely would come back.

This homestay offers free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The homestay features family rooms. Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the national park entrance. Surrounded by different restaurants and the food street is just one block away. The owner and staff was very nice and helpful, like staying with family. They helped arrange train station pick up, arranged taxi, and pre ordered tickets to national park and grand canyon. The hotel also has free laundry service which was very helpful.

My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).

Situated in Zhangjiajie, 700 metres from Yuanjiajie, 武陵山水客栈Wuling Shanshui Hotel features views of the mountain. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a shared lounge and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 19 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Host was friendly and very helpful in helping us book tickets to the attractions. She gave us alot of advice and information on the attractions as well. Booked a triple room but there were 4 of us. However, the host still provided breakfast, toiletries and towels for all 4 of us. Host also gave each of us a bag of snacks when leaving. Recommended to stay!

Exceeded all expectations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The bed and room were modern and comfortable and the pool was a highlight!
