The location is ideal to explore Shanghai whether by Didi (taxi app) or by the Shanghai Metro station located at B1 in the elevator of the complex. Samuel and his colleague helped us with the TV in the room by installing English speaking movie channels for the odd night we stayed in which really helped us to feel more comfortable! Could honestly say if we were to travel to Shanghai again there's nowhere else I would stay, highly recommend. Aircon is a must at certain times throughout the year which was huge for us as it was still very warm and humid while we were there.

I felt better then stay in a hotel as it made me feel at home.
