The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. The place is located just in front of the beach. I stayed there only one night. The room was like in the photos, the food was delicious, and the staff was helpful. The pick-up and drop-off by taxi went smoothly. I enjoyed my stay. It was not noisy as indicated in the other reviews. The only sound I heard was the waves' sound. Just a little note, all these hotels are located at the beach. There is no car access; if you do not want to carry your luggage after the taxi drops you, you need to request a carrier that costs 20.000 COP (or you can request the boat shuttle, cheaper than a taxi, faster, and drops you off in front of the hotel at the beach, but your luggage and yourself can get wet :) )

We spent three unforgettable days in that paradise in a beautiful room with balcony and sea view. Luz the owner is a very nice person and a good chef. Kayaks and snorkeling equipments can be used for free. Since the hotel is located in the sea, the facilities are rather simple but everything is clean and well maintained. You can also book tours directly in the hotel. Loved it, would anytime go back!
