Our stay at Hotel Calamari Baru was so relaxing! We had one of the ocean view rooms, and it was perfect to relax. We loved hearing the sound of the waves as we slept. Christian helped us with our bags when we arrived later in the evening. The food and service at the restaurant were great and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was also included in the stay. The reception staff helped us book our boat trip back to Cartagena which was helpful! We would definitely recommend this hotel. It was one of the better looking accomodations on the strip.

The place is in a good location, not too far from the entrance of Playa Blanca, which makes it way less crowded, less noisy. The room is fine for the money you pay. Due to the bleach's location, most places don't have power during the day and also are short on water. So you gotta keep in mind when going there. The host was pretty nice and helpful.

It was such a nice family owned place, with a lovely staff. The rooms were really cosy with an outstanding view. The tours they offered were great, especially the plankton tour at night was amazing. The food there was served was absolutely fantastic - very authentic and delicious and was always enjoyed at the beach with a great view. The service from the staff was superb as well, they were so sweet and informative and very service minded all around. We were a couple staying there for 4 days, and we enjoyed it so much - great time to relax and get a very local and authentic island experience.

One of the most spectacular locations I have ever stayed in. You can really feel the love and attention that went into every little part of this beautiful place. The rooms are simple, yet comfortable and you'll anyways spend your days on the numerous hammocks, deck chairs or in the water. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, made us feel right at home and was very helpful in organizing our transport, our tours and making sure we got the absolute most out of our stay. Also the food was incredible and reasonably priced given the remote location. We would come again anyday and can 100% recommend anyone to book a stay here

Beautifully maintained place with a calm and safe environment. Maloi was always so Attentive, and Fernando helped us with a smile whenever we needed something. Truly welcoming.
