Situated in Espargos and only 3.3 km from  Monte Curral, LAFAYETTE Alojamentos features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This bed and breakfast provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Outdoor seating is also available at the bed and breakfast. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get to know the real Sal and its people. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel not only welcome, but truly at home. The room was super comfy, and the food was always delicious (be sure to try one of Candida's secret recipes for dinner, if you get the chance). I was provided with all the help and advice I needed in order to explore the island, and Candida and Martin personally took me to places that only local people know about. If, like me, you prefer a quiet, remote beach over those crowed, touristy ones: there's a small one just a short bicycle ride away – although I usually opted for a walk through to beautiful steppe landscape to get there. If you prefer spending your days with the other tourists down in the south of the island: Santa Maria beach is only 20 minutes by bus – which may sound complicated at first, but is actually super fun and convenient (and it only costs 1 Euro). I could go on praising this place for two weeks (which is actually the amount of time I stayed), but I'll just stop here – not without saying: Thank you, Candida & Martin, for the wonderful time at kleine schweiz! Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Muito obrigado for the stay at Sakaroule! I really enjoyed my stay there, and overall in Sal. Paola is a great host. Even if you don´t speak english, she probably will speak the language you speak. She and Mano are very kind and helpful, giving good tips and recommendations for restaurants and sights on the island. I hope to come back soon!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. The property was clean, tidy and well dressed. The apartment felt very homely and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. The hosts went above and beyond to help us.

Located on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area and a garden. The property is non-smoking and is set 70 metres from Praia António Sousa. The apartment was perfectly located and Carolina who hosted us was really helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and it was so nice to have our own space in Santa Maria. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is big and beautiful: it has a nice kitchen, AC in the bedroom, a nice bathroom with a bidet and a large patio with a wood table perfect for eating outside. From the apartment you have a nice view on a beautiful beach, it is reserved and perfect for snorkeling. The apartment is situated in Murdeira a small village with all that you need: mini market, bar/restaurant and a pool. Murdeira is in the middle of the island so you can easily reach every point of interest of Sal in about 15/20 minutes.
