The breakfast was delicious, the coffee strong, and there were rice cakes available for those who don't eat bread - a small but thoughtful detail!

The Antonius Hotel is located in a historic building first mentioned in the 16th century. As the house is a listed heritage building, great care was taken during restoration work to protect and preserve interior and exterior features. While the room and amenities were lovely and the location couldn't have been better, the highlight for us was the exceptional staff. Joonas and Vanessa were particularly knowledgable and friendly. Perfect stay!

Location is a bit further from the main part of Tartu (about a 15 min walk), but we chose it for it's proximity to the bus station (less than 5 min walk)

The owner Olivia is very nice and easy to communicate. I had a bit issue opening the door and she provided instruction help me open it immediately, also when I mentioned it is cold inside the apartment she arranged additional heater in an hour. Cannot thank her more. Tartu is definitely cold in this season. Place is nice clean and well maintained. Though not quite the city centre but with easy access to bus.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 300 metres from Tartu Old Observatory. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment has a sauna. I've spent around 60 days in tartu - this was by far the best spot. Bed was fantastic - slept like a baby. Clean, organized, well lit, had all the bells and whistles and then some. Tbh, after my first night the first thing that crossed my mind was : "Would they be willing to lease me this place for the 6months?" I'm spoiled and hard to please - place was that good.
