The property also features a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi throughout. staff was great. helpfull with reccomendations of where to go. also assisted in every need. room & bathroom was spacious and nice. great surroundings in the midle of nature.

Besalú is famous for its Romanesque architecture, and is located in the Garrotxa region. Girona is about 35 km away. Free parking can be found very nearby. The Staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The room, terrace, and common areas (incl. library & fireplace) were all clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety and was certainly worth the value add. The location is incredible, with free (public) parking next door, we really enjoyed our experience.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment features a solarium. A really lovely apartment; very spacious and nicely furnished with a homely feel. There was a variety of seating areas to choose from according to the weather, including a beautiful patio garden. It was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and although there was no air conditioning, the fans in the bedroom and lounge area served their purpose, especially considering the temperature was mid-30oC! The location in the small town suited us and it was very quiet and peaceful, despite being a stone's throw from the main road. Although we probably didn't explore the area as much as we would have liked (due to the heat), we enjoyed lovely walks along the river and it proved to be an interesting location with the mills and remnants of the hydro-electric industry. We had good communication with hosts but they were not intrusive and we felt able to enjoy property freely. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We loved how peaceful it was and the beautiful building. The hosts were very kind and our kids loved playing with the cats and board games. The dinner was one of the best we have had during our five weeks in Spain, and we have enjoyed a lot of great food.

The property is located in a very peaceful area, perfect for nature lovers. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. The location was also ideal for exploring the La Fageda d'en Jorda and the volcanic area of La Garrotxa. The local pizzeria is top class!

Situated in the La Garrotxa Natural Park region, LArcada de Fares is housed in a lovingly refurbished traditional-style Catalonian property, surrounded by charming gardens.

Each of the apartments is spacious and boasts plenty of natural light. They come equipped with kitchens, so you can prepare you own meals with all the family or friends. The property is really beautiful, the apartment had a great terrace where we could enjoy breakfast and meals. We traveled with out dog and there is an agility park in the garden, which was great. The swimming pool was very nice, too, not the typical hotel pool. It was integrated with the property's typical architecture and it was beautiful.
