The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Playa de las Arenas. I liked the apartment, very nice, confortable. At the street level but it was ok. Food shop Mercadona close by. Metro station 10 min away. The best way is the bus, it takes you everywhere you want, 2 min from the apartment, it's better than the metro or the tram. Take bus 19 to Ciudad de Artes/Oceanografic, to the mall El Corte Ingles y Centre Comercial Aqua, the center Ayuntamiento, to the street Rusaffa. Even if it is not in the center the bus and the price make it perfect.
