Great value B&B with full breakfast included in price. Room was big and very comfortable, seemed to be newly decorated and was fresh and modern. Parking is easy with meter parking to rear of property, its free from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. and £1 per hour thereafter with maximum £6. We used RingGo app to pay at 8am which saved having to get out of bed to feed the meter !!!

Lovely quiet location. Wonderful hosts Dianne and Michael . The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. Lots of little extra treats including cereals milk etc. Parking at the door and a short drive to shops and restaurants in Brighouse.

it was on a farm yet close to all sightseeing and family in Leeds . it was lovely and warm and cosy and very clean . Leanne was fabulous and made sure everything was fine . it was private yet not too far from anyone if you needed anything .
