The manager/owner Andrea was lovely and really interesting to talk to and the communal area was chilled and peaceful. It was right in the centre of town so everything was within walking distance. The kitchen had good equipment and there was free filter coffee and tea. The staff seemed happy there.

Another rare and much-appreciated feature in Guatemala is the availability of hot water—a small luxury that makes a big difference. Lastly, everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained, showing the care and effort the owners put into every detail. It has amazing lake views, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and the location was ideal (very easy to get around on a Tuk Tuk). We stayed here as a family of 4 and it was great! Definitely recommend for your next stay!

Perfect place for those seeking quiet and solitude. It’s a cozy two-story cabin with a kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, and great Wi-Fi. Just a 5–10 minutes walk along a narrow path to the San Pablo dock. The views are absolutely stunning, sunrise and volcanoes right from the cabin. I ended up extending my stay. Nicholas was super kind, helpful and responsive.

I had a private balcony in a private apartment with shower, bathroom and dressing room; bed with bug net and a bunch of windows to see the lake outside and volcanoes.
