The location is excellent, allowing easy access to many of Zagreb's main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and the high level of cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.

Everything was amazing the food the atmosphere the and my room was perfect even the bed was really comfortable, all the staff were very friendly except the person who was responsible of the breakfast reception! He didn’t welcome us at all and was a little bit rude! Otherwise the girls on the reception were very kind and helpful

The spa and wellness area were a great bonus after a long day. Overall, everything was perfectly organized, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
