This place is absolutely brand new (as of 2024.10). It has everyting you would expect from a 4* hotel, but in the countryside of middle of Italy. Great breakfast. Was a bit worried about the sound of the highway nearby, but the rooms are soundproofed really good. Got recommendations for local restaurants from the host (they are driving distance away). The restaurant under the accommodation did not work the night we stayed there.
