All the staff were very friendly and engaged, Anna, the host is clearly, and rightly, proud of the hotel, enthusiastic and informative about all the delights the city had to offer. Probably the best breakfast I have had at any hotel in Italy. I would hope to return.

The hotel is tranquil, the staff gives a warm welcome, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the cleanliness is evident, as you can smell it while walking in the lobby. The cleaning staff work contentiously. The Breakfast is fantastic; it is varied and satisfies everyone, especially the croissants, which are accompanied by the best and most expensive types of cheese. Also, laundry services are excellent and at decent prices I want to thank Mr. Luca, who checked me in and gave me a warm welcome.

The hotel’s restaurant offers à la carte menus of fresh fish and Emilia Romagna dishes. Meals are served accompanied by a glass of local wine. Another restaurant located on the beach is also available. Amazing hotel, super close to the beach (practically on the beach)! Rooms are clean and well equipped, stuff is very helpful and friendly. There’s underground parking, highly recommend to use it. Beach is clean and nice. Overall impression after the holiday is super positive!

The thermal pool with salsobroiodine water and treatments and massages are available for an extra charge. The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park. Charming old-style hotel with modern facilities. Large garden. Great breakfast. We were fascinated.

Although I didn't take a separate room, but a bed in a combined room, the level of service at the hotel, the comfort, and the cleanliness are all at the level of a very good hotel.

The property wasn’t just accommodation it was an experience, the room was very spacious and well equipped for whatever you could possibly want. The property was clean and Emanuela was very friendly and helpful. The location is in the Centre and everything was within walking distance.
