Beautiful place, cozy, modern, nice staff, they only thing is that they may have a sign or signs before getting there on the road to make travelers an easier way to get there. Other than that all great!

With views of the surrounding countryside, rooms come with a flat-screen TV and some have a balcony. Each has a private bathroom equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Rooms were modern, spacious and so clean. The grounds were absolutely incredible along with the two pools. Restaurant food for dinner was also amazing!

Free on-site parking is provided. Umbertide Train Station is 11 km from the property. Gubbio town centre is reachable by car in 25 minutes. Offering city views, rooms at the Magnolia have a classic design with decorative frescoed walls. They all include an LCD TV, fridge and private bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. The large room with full kitchen. Serena went out of her way to help me get a pair of pants hemmed. Very responsive to questions and made excellent suggestions for travel to other sites. Very good value.

Affittacamere La Mattonata is offering accommodation in Città di Castello. It is located 41 km from Piazza Grande and provides a lift. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Check in was very easy. The shower was excellent—we’re hiking the Via di Francesco. Lovely stay.

The location is excellent for visiting both Perugia and Assisi. The property is well maintained and a hidden oasis, quiet, comfortable, and luxurious. The host was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, everything you would want plus glute-free options. Highly recommend this property for the tranquility. I would have stayed longer if I had time.
