Amazing stay! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

The hospitality of the host and the staff members! They were really lovely and caring! We love the location as well: near the beach.

Staff was extremely friendly and flexible on arrival/departure, I really felt welcome when they organized a ceremony for new year. It was nice also to share with other guests. They can also arrange some activities for you, and you can do snorkeling starting from the beach 3 miin away if you have your equipment

Rangan and his team are awesome. They create a welcoming homely vibe and are super helpful. The food is really tasty and the garden is great to hang out in. The snorkeling trip was excellent due to Rangan's guiding as he shares his knowledge and passion for the ocean with his guests.

Το Moon Isle Beach Bungalow βρίσκεται σε Nilaveli, σε απόσταση 0μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Nilaveli και προσφέρει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, ιδιωτική παραλία και... I love the location! It's right on the beach! And during the time we were there, the beach to the left and to the right from the hotel was deserted. There are only a few rooms at the hotel and guests would leave somewhere and at times it felt like we had our own private beach just for two of us! Also having breakfast and dining there is so great, because again your doing it right on the beach, so the scenery and the sounds of waves are perfect. I live how they have us so many different traditional Sri-Lankan side dishes to our order. The bungalows are located far from the main road, so you only hear the sound of waves and nothing else. Very nice owners and staff - they helped us with luggage both during check-in and check-out and did it out of genuine hospitality, not like most places in the world where they help you with luggage and stay there wait for tips. Really great place, very romantic, I hope we'll be able to come back to Sri-Lanka again and stay at these Bungalows!

I have been privileged to travel the world, many countries, many airbnbs and hotels. Our time with Prashanth will always rank in one of my best stays. He takes the time to welcome you to his home. The accommodation is comfortable with everything you need. Bed, aircon, mosquito net, and ensuite bathroom. What follows is a man who has been blessed with finding his purpose in life. The animals, once stray and injured, follow him around with admiration. Healthy and thankful to have met him. You will have your morning coffee with a cat on your lap (or 3), spend your day at the beautiful beach no more than 5 minutes walk away and spend your evening wanting to talk to Prashanth and hearing about his life and the history of Sri Lanka. We have made a lifelong friend and I look forward to the next time we meet. See you soon - Mr Beast

Tribal Village in Trincomale was our first stop in Sri Lanka, and it was the perfect way to start our trip. The location is beautiful : you can easily walk everywhere you need, and the beach is just a short distance away. The place is very new, and the cabanas are clean, cozy and private. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always made sure we had everything we needed: even when we weren’t feeling well or had questions about the area. Their suggestions were always spot on( scuba diving) ! Breakfast was delicious, with several great options to choose from. They were so generous, always making sure we had enough food and drinks, even offering extras with a smile. What really stood out to us was the warmth of the people here. The manager and all the staff made us feel not like guests, but like family. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience — we truly hope to come back soon! Sophie and Caroline

Brand new and clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, Really quiet . The staff is really helpful. Nothing to put your luggage on in the room but I’m sure the owner will provide for everything in the future , the guesthouse is brand new and had just opened around the 1st of August . It’s located 10 mn from the beach . There are several little restaurants in the area. “ Seafood restaurant “ at the end of the street is a good one . The beach is natural , no club, no loud music , it’s beautiful you can find some mat to relax at the little restaurant on the beach .

Το Trinco Town Family Guest House έχει θέα στην πόλη και παρέχει κήπο και μπαλκόνι. Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Trincomalee Railway Station είναι περίπου 800μ μακριά. Nice place and the owner is very supportive and a very decent character. Fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator are major plus points, for a group of people. There are a few minor improvements that could attract the guests. Kind of nice to have things like, a small tables in rooms, furniture arrangement (in the rooms). Overall, it's 10/10. 😀

Very nice host – I felt very welcome during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the tour to Pigeon Island that Nimal arranged was fantastic. He also took me to watch the sunset by the lagoon and even let me drive his tuk-tuk, which was such a fun experience! When I couldn’t find accommodation for the next night, he cleared out a private room and kindly let me stay there. Truly generous and thoughtful – I really appreciated everything!
