We can’t recommend Casa Kobaab enough — it’s a place you’ll want to return to, just like we will!

Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent — you can easily reach the Tulum ruins and nearby cenotes by bike, and downtown is just a short walk away. The bikes for rent are quite affordable; they could be in slightly better condition, but they still got us everywhere we wanted to go. One of the highlights was the Happy Hour at the bar, which created a great atmosphere to relax and connect with other travelers. We also loved the Movie Night. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hostel to others.

Staff is friendly and helpful we arrived 3 hours early for check in and staff give us free beach bed and free sangrias while room was being prepared. It’s a beautiful place on Sunday they had very talented singer playing live music it was perfect stay. Will be back ❤️
