The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop terrace—definitely a highlight! Breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Free drinking water is another big plus! We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. Highly recommended—would come back in a heartbeat!

The appartment is very modern and clean, and the private pool is the best. Also jacuzzi in the tower is great. There is a lot of trees and other greenery so there is a lot of shadow as well. We arrived very late at night and there was night stuff that let us in.

I was visiting Tulum with my 6 year old daughter. We were welcomed by Sandy who was the absolute loveliest! The place is very clean, beautiful and we felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool and lounging in the sun. The vibe was chill and everyone, staff and other guests, were friendly and respectful. It was very quiet at night and we slept like babies!!! The AC worked well, nice spacious bathroom, water provided. We didnt eat on site but we did enjoy some cocktails by Miguel and Gustavo :) I will, without hesitation, return to Mimosa the next time i visit Tulum. Theres alot of very very good restaurants a short walking distance.

The owners were waiting for us with a delicious meal (perhaps the best we had in our week long stay) and they dried all our wet clothes from the beach as we needed to depart very early the next morning. It was a life saver. We only saw the hotel at night. It was stunningly beautiful yet marvelously simple: the way we like it. Dinner tables were hand made from local wood, every detail was lovingly set and attractive. To be clear: this is not a luxury hotel, but one that knows how to make you comfortable in good taste. We had three beds for a family of four (excellent) and the sheets were surprisingly dry for a damp region in the middle of the forest. The owners were extremely friendly. We chose the hotel for the proximity to the airport and slept there only a few hours. I regret not having spent more time, enjoy the pool and explore the area. We may come back. We wholeheartedly recommend this neck of the woods. We are spreading the word among our friends.

Great hotel location away from major party places and noise, yet close enough to walk. Beautiful hotel surroundings and beach. We had an amazing aperol sunset hour at their spa rooftop. For our honeymoon the hotel did many small and kind gestures making us feel truly special and welcoming. Highly recomend to stay at Lula!

Delicious breakfast and dinner, affordable price. Was travelling with my daughter, for her it was a perfect experience hearing all this jungle music in the morning and hanging around with the dog Lala and the Cat :D Would love to come back!
