Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Quiet oasis, great facilities, and proximity to the monarch sanctuary. The service and food was phenomenal! Staff went above and beyond to help celebrate my sisters birthday while we were there (without me even prompting). Rooms were much larger than I expected and were great for relaxing.

And is font of information about the history, culture and artisans of the area. The front desk staff is bilingual and very friendly and accomodating. Smiles and friendliness all around. The general manager, Luis, will help you book tours of the surrounding area and help you get around the city to find what you need. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. I have stayed in three different rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows nice and fluffy. The breakfast is delicious and a great place to meet fellow travelers. The location is outstanding. Only a block off of the main plaza. I highly recommend Casa Encantada! It does not disappoint.

The out side it's a little bit confusing because of the big walls. Once you get into the place it's very pretty and relaxing.

Het Villa San José Hotel & Suites biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op Morelia, een verwarmd buitenzwembad, tennisbanen en kleurrijke tuinen. Setup of the room felt more like a home than a hotel room. Breakfast was all you can eat and the service was outstanding. Communicating with the front desk was as easy as can be.

Great location in Centro Historico easy to walk to various markets and food options. Hostel hosts very nice and helpful and easy to talk to for recommendations about local food and getting around to see the things both in town and surrounding towns. They speak English and Spanish. Clean and cozy bed, clean bathrooms, clean shared kitchen. I asked for a private room and they upgraded me to nice room with beautiful terrace and shared shower/toilet. I would stay again!
