The service is spectacular and we really loved the turn down service each day - because it came with a surprise treat from a local shop or bakery & so very well curated. Each day was something different! Even their breakfast spread is good. The rooms are fantastic & heritage and the entire property is beautiful. A hundred percent recommend.

We can also buy Peranakan ladies costume, it’s for sale in the living room, just scan the QR code. I bought one to take photos around Penang.
