The cabins were located in the middle of a valley, which is very picturesque. For a small cabin, it is very well equipped with the basic amenities and also kitchen utilities to be able to cook a meal for the whole cabin. The staff had sent several messages to prealert on the weather conditions and potential road closure so we had plenty time to plan our drive to this location which is very helpful!

Perched by the world famous UNESCO-listed Geiranger Fjord, Havila Hotel Geiranger offers breathtaking panoramic views of shimmering waters and majestetic mountains. The location is right at the fjord, and those rooms facing the fjord have got fantastic views. But more so, it’s the people at the reception and office who made the deep difference for me. I was feeling unwell and they got help for me. They went out of their way to ensure that I was looked after and be well. I want to thank the staff at the reception and the back office… they were saints.
