Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Bruce and Teresa were fabulous hosts! Our cottage was so romantic and cozy. I never rent a place where I have to share a bathroom, but I made an exception. I'm so glad I did! They had three toilet rooms, two with showers. They were extremely clean and spacious. The BEST part of it was that it made us go outside at night and see the beauty. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day, but on a clear night...OMG! The shared kitchen was a HUGE bonus. It was well equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, and all the utensils necessary to make a fabulous meal. The three cottages are amongst the enormous garden and you feel like you are living in a fairytale! I highly recommend this place and it's so close to the big Kauri trees!

Set in Kaitaia in the Northland region, Taipa Views Bed & Breakfast features a patio and sea views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The bed and breakfast has facilities for disabled guests. Kevin and Janice were great hosts. They had some excellent suggestions on activities to do while we were up North. The property was also top notch being at the center of a whole heap of locations and just a stone's throw away from the highway.

The property is non-smoking and is set 2.1 km from Uretiti Beach. We enjoyed the marvellous hospitality and the excellent facilities so close to the city. Our St John's therapy dog Maisie loved her stay too.

Even though we only had a single overnight stay at Chalet Cullen, we must say it’s on our top ten experiences of what we have had during our 6 weeks vacation in New Zealand. The unit was fine and cozy, and with a great view to the beach. The local radio station (FM 90.4) plays pop/rock from the good old days. What’s not to like. We can only give our best recommendations.

On-the-beach location with everything needed for my stay. Extended two weeks longer than planned and management were great at making that happen.
