Incredible hosts. You can't stay any closer to the balcony walk than this. The homecooked meals were excellent and a ton of food as well, you won't go hungry here. There's only two rooms and we were lucky enough to get the whole place to ourselves. It's peaceful and tranquil, especially around sunset. Everything is clean and well cared for. Had no issues finding the place (google maps) and no issues checking in or anything. AC worked very well. Shower pressure was good. No issues whatsoever. Fantastic place run by very delightful and kind people

The proprietor and his family made every effort to make us feel welcome, from early communication before the arrival to the greeting upon arrival, to serving us a home-cooked meals for dinner, sharing stories of family life around the canyon, and giving advice on the hikes and making coffee in the morning. The room was basic yet nice for a guest house. The start of the famous balcony walk (trail W6) along the edge of the canyon is just a few steps down the road from the hotel. The views from the property at dusk and sunrise are simply spectacular. The last few km of the road to the guest house are a potholed dirt track - while arriving quite dusted, this added to the cool experience of seeing arguably one of the nicest places in Oman. The guest house is great value for money.

The owner is very friendly and hospitable and helped us in every way possible. The place is itself is great with a good amount of space, common area, kitchen and rooftop. Everything is clean and works well (hot water, WiFi, etc). Bets place we stayed in Oman!

The accommodation was clean, spacious, and just a 15-minute drive (4WD highly recommended) to the start of the 'Balcony Walk,' making it incredibly convenient. Rossan even helped us build a fire in the outdoor fireplace, which added a wonderful touch to our evening. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the view was stunning from every corner in the inn

We have been upgraded to the appartement with kitchen and living room additionnant. Nice location in Palmeray and close (5’walk) to the old village.
