The best option you can choose in Muscat, great hotel in quite location close to the beach and other restaurants. Pool area is great and open 24x7 for hotel guests. The amazing experience from check-in to check-out (also with transport to airport). I think, it's a waste of time to describe the lot of option for breakfast buffet :-). I hope we will return to this hotel soon.

They care about their guests, and you can feel that's not because they need good reviews - its because they are like this: warm, respectful, helpful, caring and fun people. I came there for one night and I stayed for many more. I higly recommend this place to all toursists in Muscat!!!

The owner of the property is extremely friendly, helpful and available, he really made us feel welcome and even allowed us to stay in the house much longer than the normal check-out time. Everything was spotless clean and it's an incredible value for money! I wish I could give 100 stars if it was possible!

The host was absolutely wonderful, reflecting the warm and genuine Omani hospitality. My request for an early check-in was graciously accommodated, and the owner personally welcomed us, taking the time to introduce all the available facilities. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with plenty of drinking water — a thoughtful touch in the hot summer. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, dining plates, pans, and even a variety of teas. The location was exceptional — just a few steps from the beach and right in front of the Kempinski Hotel. The underground parking was a true blessing in Oman’s heat, offering both security and convenience, along with easy access to the swimming pool. Overall, it was a wonderfully comfortable and memorable stay.
