Pets are only accepted upon prior request to the hotel and must be approved, plus pets include an extra charge. The hotel only allows pets in El Palace (Three-Bedroom House) and Villas (Deluxe apartments). It‘s very complete in generell. Super spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor bathtub was super cool. Also the staff is super nice. We had a great time with Isaac and Antonio. (+ We are veggie and the kitchen staff made us some super tasty vegetarian meals that weren’t on the menu.) I‘m not sure if it’s because it was raining season but we had the whole beach just for the two of us. 10/10

We had a spacious and nice decorated bungalow. The best was the very good working moskito nets so that you can sleep with fresh air without bugs. Staff was very nice. Café with breakfast options right on the premises. Nice garden.
