Beautiful place. Amazing facilities. If you are looking for a slice of comfort and wellness, but with a remote feel, this is the spot. We only spent 3 days here, but we left feeling the staff were very friendly, the buildings were beautiful and bed was very comfortable. We had our own suite, separate to any other rooms with a sea view l, deck and a huge 4 poster. Nice and cool with the aircon because it was humid and hot in the wet season. Access to lots of beaches and tours through the main town or a short drive north to bluff beach, the hotel has a driver who will ferry you. Food was great. Not a huge amount of options but to be expected with the remoteness of location, breakfast was great. The gym was great and empty. We didn't do any of the classes, but used the sauna and plunge every morning, which was a saviour. We spent about 800 dollars in the hotel on food, drinks, a day tour of the islands and tips between the two of us in 3 days. Only thing is it takes a bit of travel if you are coming from outside the country, you will need to transfer airports in panama city and get a regional flight to bocas del toro. But that's an expected trade off for the environment. You deal with the front desk through WhatsApp which was so convenient, much better method than through the room phone, but there is always someone at the front desk too. We got engaged while here and the staff were very supportive. Loved it

Perfect location just at the edge of town, within walking distance or a quick $1 cab. Morning coffee on the dock overlooking the ocean was beautiful, our apartment was spacious and bed very comfortable, AC in every room and a gorgeous view of Saigon Bay.

Property is located in smaller island (Isla Carenero) across the main island of Isla Colon ,five-minute boat ride from main port. Nice dock and seating areas, small convenience store for basics, good amount of tropical trees around buildings providing shade from sun. The units were top-notch, fully equipped (kitchen, AC, smart TV) with a lot of space including living room area and patio area. Property manager on site to handle any questions, issues, and help with tour planning.

Jungle Paunch is gelegen in Bocas del Toro in de regio Isla Colon, dicht bij Paunch Beach en Playa Carenero Noreste. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Wat een plaatje van een accommodatie! Alles was goed. Prachtig gelegen in de jungle, dicht bij het strand. Hutje is simpel maar mooi en natuurlijk ingericht en super schoon. Het bed is comfortabel en er is een heerlijke warme douche met uitzicht! Paunch is goed gelegen, er zijn wat leuke restaurantjes op loop afstand (probeer Arebolloco!), een beachbar en een klein schattig strandje om te kunnen afkoelen in het water. Het prachtige Playa Bluff op loopafstand als je van een mooie strandwandeling houdt. Maxi en Jane zijn ontzettend gastvrij, geven je goede tips en zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Blijf hier lang genoeg, wij waren hier veel te kort😉

La Loma Jungle Lodge and Chocolate Farm biedt uitzicht op zee en ligt in Isla Bastimentos, op 10 km van de stad Bocas. Echt alles, super lief personeel. Super mooi huisje Midden in de natuur. Leuk strand om de hoek (red frog beach)
