The room was booked for my parents. They love going there because it is easy access for them (mum is in a wheelchair), and the staff is really nice and helpful. The place is also very calm and quiet. They couldn't go but on another opportunity, I went to the catacombs tour and it was fantastic!

A pleasant hotel in the heart of the oasis. Room with air conditioning, hairdryer, very comfortable bed. Music in the evening/night (till cca 1am), but earplugs helps to sleep. I recommend the hotel.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was very personal, familial and the staff were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond by accommodating our late check-in and even served us a meal at midnight. Their own agency for organizing excursions made our trip planning effortless.
