The hotel is very well located, especially convenient for those arriving via Lima airport. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Souma exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is calm, refined, and beautifully designed—ideal for anyone seeking rest, elegance, and comfort. Every detail is carefully curated to create a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every taste. Starting the day with such incredible food and a breathtaking view of the city and the ocean was pure bliss. Souma was our perfect escape—an oasis of peace and sophistication in one of South America's busiest cities. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic, high-end experience in Lima. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Souma!

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά που χρειάζεται κάποιος για τη διαμονή του και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Το Nhow Lima έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, αίθουσα γυμναστικής, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Λίμα. Super modern , comfortable and spacious room. Terry friendly and helpful staff . We never caught the names of all the staff except luis who walls and incredibly helpful. It seems unfair to pick out luis because all of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lima. I would like to say that I would love to return but it’s so far away from my home in the UK. Good location and value for money. Close to the main square, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Communication with the owner was great too.

We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!
