The room is clean and new, bed is very comfortable and AC is working properly. They also have Netflix. The staff was very friendly, we had a nice talk with the owner and their restaurant is amazing as well. The food was delicious, we also very much loved the beautiful breakfast, where we also received a welcome drink.

Levantin Boracay can be reached via a 45-minute domestic flight from Manila to Caticlan, followed by a 20-minute boat transfer to Boracay Island. The resort was right in front of the beach. It was amazing. The family room was bigger than we expected. Tons of space, you can even cook your own food. There's also a living area outside with comfy couches and a separate room for the bedroom. The bed is comfy and spacious for 3 people. The bathroom was also very spacious. They have good internet. We were able to work no problem. Their food is also great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We'll surely stay here again next time we visit Boracay.

The most friendly and hard workiing group to make your stay the most pleasurable in paradise. I cannot comment enough on how great their hospitality is. The hotel itself is well maintained and ours seemed modern and refurbished in the last couple of years. It's a cute simple hotel that has all that you need with a gym, pool, beachfront and sunbeds. The location is also excellent, on the quiet side of the main beach with a 20 min walk on the beach to the centre D-mall. Perfect hotel for those who want to enjoy philippines in a hotel with it's own charm and character, unlike some generic cookie cutter western hotels.

The Hotel Staff where very nice friendly and very helpful my Room was very nice lovely and clean and I even got to meet the Top Boss owner of the Lucky Tito Divers Resort he is a very nice person Treat his Staff very well he is a Boss that you wouldn't mind putting your self out there

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. The owner has so much patience with his guests even when I lost my key . The accommodation features a shared kitchen, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. We loved everything. We opted to take the transport option offered to us The 1000 pp included pick up from the airport in Caticlan, transport to the jetty port, environmental fee, ferry to Boracay , then transport to the Villa. I was feeling ill and not so sure we could have navigated all this without Rudy. It was a seamless impressive operation. The Villa grounds were like a botanical garden. Paths through out with multiple areas to hang out, whether it be the gazebo/hut, table and chairs by the pool or the large outdoor living space. And the pool, well that was just amazing. The husband and wife team who maintained the grounds and facilities worked on keeping that pool clean day and night. Best pool in all our stays in the Philippines Our rooms were both large including their bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. My favorite though was the large outdoor hangout area. We bought some groceries and stored them in the outdoor kitchen. There was a full size refrigerator as well as a microwave, toaster and stove. In addition there was a beverage refrigerator with drinks for sale which we definitely took advantage of for the convenience. Prices were competitive with everywhere else. While in the outdoor space you really felt transported to paradise. During the day you could hear the birds chirping and the neighborhood going ons and at night the frogs and cicadas. Rudy was a godsend with navigating all. Any questions you just needed to WhatsApp him. He was our personal concierge. He can arrange transport, tours, restaurant suggestion, anything. He's always happy and incredibly helpful. He even helped me arrange spa services at the Helios Spa just down the street. Fabulous spa. I got the "Royal Treatment'. I would return to Boracay just to stay here! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay here!
