Levantin Boracay can be reached via a 45-minute domestic flight from Manila to Caticlan, followed by a 20-minute boat transfer to Boracay Island. I liked the property because it was on the “quiet” side of the island which i was aiming for. Looking at the other clientele, they weren’t rowdy as well. I loved it because it was also the windy side of the island which kept a constant breeze as my body temp seems to can’t handle the hot temp at times. It was also a close 8-10min walk from the “busy” side of the island. All the staff was great and friendly.

Guests can relax by the pool or enjoy relaxing massages on the cabana located at the beach front. Other recreation options include a fitness centre. The property is stunning, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The beachfront restaurant is fantastic; although a bit pricey, the convenience of being able to swim at the beach and then have lunch just a few steps away is outstanding. The sun loungers are great, and towels are provided on the beach, which is a wonderful touch. As for the beach itself, it’s truly one of the best in the world. The white sand and unparalleled comfort are rare to find. I can’t hide my excitement about this beach and the overall experience. Our trip was amazing, and this hotel played a big role in making it so memorable.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. We loved everything. We opted to take the transport option offered to us The 1000 pp included pick up from the airport in Caticlan, transport to the jetty port, environmental fee, ferry to Boracay , then transport to the Villa. I was feeling ill and not so sure we could have navigated all this without Rudy. It was a seamless impressive operation. The Villa grounds were like a botanical garden. Paths through out with multiple areas to hang out, whether it be the gazebo/hut, table and chairs by the pool or the large outdoor living space. And the pool, well that was just amazing. The husband and wife team who maintained the grounds and facilities worked on keeping that pool clean day and night. Best pool in all our stays in the Philippines Our rooms were both large including their bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. My favorite though was the large outdoor hangout area. We bought some groceries and stored them in the outdoor kitchen. There was a full size refrigerator as well as a microwave, toaster and stove. In addition there was a beverage refrigerator with drinks for sale which we definitely took advantage of for the convenience. Prices were competitive with everywhere else. While in the outdoor space you really felt transported to paradise. During the day you could hear the birds chirping and the neighborhood going ons and at night the frogs and cicadas. Rudy was a godsend with navigating all. Any questions you just needed to WhatsApp him. He was our personal concierge. He can arrange transport, tours, restaurant suggestion, anything. He's always happy and incredibly helpful. He even helped me arrange spa services at the Helios Spa just down the street. Fabulous spa. I got the "Royal Treatment'. I would return to Boracay just to stay here! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay here!

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and White Beach Station 3 is 400 metres away. Great ocean view from terrace and one of rooms. Great host, Crystal, also her team on site - Andji, she was really helpful. Every 3 day Andji made full cleaning and changed all staff. Very comfortable variant for 2 families - up to 8 people can live together. Only 300 metres to the calm 3rd station beach.
