Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were amicable and professional. We took the boat tour on the Douro, which was relaxing and scenic. We would definitely go back again to the Octant Douro.

The property is brand new, very elegant and functional. The common kitchen space is very convenient, and the living room is so soothing. With a party of three, our room was surprisingly cosy as it was larger than expected, probably due to its beautiful decoration - we felt as if sleeping in a greenhouse! We almost dared to step into the pool, but will definitely do it on our next visit!!

Amazing stay with views of the canals. Paulo arranged earlier check in for us which we appreciated so much. The apartment is in walkable distance to the sights of Averio and many restaurants and cafes. Parking in the nearby street is close and free. The apartment is clean and very comfy, it's a shame we were only here for 1 day.
