The guy at the reception, who met us on the arrival date (29 Sept) and was there on our departure date (4 Oct) was so friendly and supportive: he prepared invoices and lunchboxes and did everything to make us feel home. So we are very grateful to him, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. But hugely thanks to him, my feedback is very positive.

Complimentary access to the spa and fitness centre is included for hotel guests. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. I typically have to sleep with noise cancelling headphones when I am travelling, but did not need to here. Couldn’t hear a thing from outside the room and slept like a baby! Breakfast delivered to the room was also great. Thank you!
