Absolutely gorgeous, historic accommodation in the heart of Strängnäs. You can see the Domkyrka bell tower from the bedroom window and it’s a short walk to the harbour and windmill (well worth a tour—it’s free and the guides are fantastic). Henrik and Isa have thought of every comfort and are incredibly obliging hosts. The bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Strängnäs itself is adorable. Its location on Mälaren makes for a beautiful outlook, there are cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There are shops, pubs and swimming spots. The train takes you to Stockholm in less than an hour and it’s not too far to Mariefred and Gripsholms Slott. I mean, what’s not to love? Henrik and Isa have good recommendations to suit your needs. You should stay here!

Deze B&B ligt aan de oever van het meer Mälaren, op 10 km van Strängnäs en op ongeveer 1 uur rijden van het centrum van Stockholm. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi en privéparkeergelegenheid. The location was wonderful....pretty scenery, quiet country atmosphere, but still close to town. Breakfast included a nice selection of items and the common area in the upstairs where we stayed had everything a guest could want....refigerator, freezer, cooktop, TV, sofa and chairs for lounging or visiting with friends or family. The internet worked really well and we appreciated that there was a parking area that was free to guests.

Deze gerenoveerde schuur ligt op het rustige platteland in de buurt van het meer Mälaren, op slechts 6 km afstand van Strängnäs. Superaardige host en hostess. De bedden lagen heerlijk en er was rust. Wij hadden een kamer op de 2e verdieping. Een hele grote kamer met badkamer en erg gezellig. Iedere vloer heeft zijn eigen gemeenschappelijke keuken die je mag gebruiken. Deze keuken is voorzen van appartuur die je kunt gebruiken zoals een volautomatische koffiemachine, waterkoker enz. Hier worden geen kosten voor gerekend. Alles heel netjes en heel warm met veel hout. Wel even je schoenen uit doen in de hal! Wel zo beleefd.

Prinshöjden Hotel - Smart Digital Apartments & Villas ligt in Katrineholm, op 39 km van Reijmyre Glassworks en 45 km van Ingelsta Golf Course. What a fantastic apartment. Close to shops and sites, yet quiet and comfortable. All the details were appreciated - breakfast, extra pillows, heated towel rack, assigned parking. Check in and checkout was a breeze and the hosts were really responsive. Highly recommend.

Landet, Designer Cabins in the Swedish Archipelago is gelegen in Västerljung, op 48 km van Treinstation Nyköping en 42 km van Södertälje Train Station South. The place, the art of the cabin, the details. I loved everything about it.
