W Bangkok Hotel is approximately a 10-minute ride to Silom Road and a 40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The property is located 5 km away from Siam Paragon Shopping Mall and 9 km from Emerald Buddha Temple and Grand Palace. From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay.  It was an absolute delight throughout. We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.  The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way. Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out. We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

It is about 1 km from Emsphere Shopping Mall, 2 km from Emporium Department Store and the Central Chidlom Department Store. The hotel is 3 km from luxury shopping at Siam Paragon. Absolutely amazing and beautiful hotel. It suits the name of 'luxury' - not only the facilities and the room was gorgeous, but the staff also took everything to the next level. They made efforts and paid attention to details, making sure that we felt special and cared for. Not just one staff, but the whole staff was absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, and courteous. Their food was very good too, I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff also brought the food to us so that we could have dinner and breakfast outside on the terrace, which we absolutely loved. The resort also offers you free use of their kayaks, which we thoroughly enjoyed after breakfast, paddling down the river right off the dock next to our room. The room was lovely too, very big and with a comfortable bed. Finally, the owner is lovely, very friendly and helpful, it was easy to communicate with her as she was always available to contact through WhatsApp.
