Everything was perfect! The location was super close to the bus station and to restos and night bazaar. I love the room and the bathroom so much, so clean and so spacious. I had a very good sleep here. There was netflix available too! The hotel didn’t provide breakfast but there was toast and coffee and tea available, so it was like a simple but nice breakfast already (coffee and tea and snacks are available all the time!) The dining or common room was also cute and nice. I love the host paid attention to details, making the place so beautiful and relaxing. Like the signage in the hotel, this place has 4 super cute cats, so adorable and lovable. The best part from this place is the amazing people who work here, thank you so much! Nat in particular was so helpful, nice, and friendly, making my stay more at home. Kab bhun ka Nat!

The pool is sufficient, and the garden and lake views are absolutely delightful. It's a place where you can truly feel at home.

The hosts were lovely and cooked us some great food. Beds were very comfortable and the area was very peaceful but within easy reaching distance of the town. The gifts as we left were a lovely gesture too...as were the hugs! 😃

The property is non-smoking and is located 2.9 km from Clock Tower Chiang Rai. Reasonably stocked fridge, better than an average hotel. Of course you need to share the cost to replenish it. Fully furnished property, fully equipped kitchen even with a washer and a dryer. A pouch of liquid detergent was there ready for us. I didn't check if it had a dish washer as we didn't need one. Full set of cutlery and table ware but we only found out in the last minutes as we didn't have enough time to check all the amenities. A perfect residential area as we preferred. If you drive it is a perfect 4 bedroom homestay for the price. Basically, it is a second home and has everything you need for your stay. Now, I am sitting in a hotel room of another town and regretting not staying in a homestay as there is no ice or ice tray in the hotel's measly fridge. 😕

They grow their own coffee and even showed us the differmet processes — we got to try different types during a little tasting session that felt almost ceremonial, surrounded by green mountains and clouds They offer transportation to and from Chiang Rai, which we definitely recommend — it was the easiest and most relaxing way to get there, with a few fun stops along the way. If you want to explore more, they can also organize day trips and show you local highlights. Just message them — they’ll sort everything out for you. We left feeling completely recharged and grateful. It was one of the best parts of our trip — peaceful, personal, and unforgettable.

29 km from Mae Fah Luang University, Rai Phuchat is a recently renovated property located in Ban Pa Thon and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This part of Chiang Rai doesn't get many tourists, but that doesn't mean it's not worth visiting, and this homestay is a great base. Loved the beautiful gardens and pool area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Most of all, what really stood out for me was the attentiveness of the staff. During my stay, the restaurant was not open, which could have been a real problem. But receptionist Bom drove me out to a good local eatery to make sure I didn't go hungry. I also very much enjoyed the company of permanent resident Mark. Always good-humoured and helpful, Mark was generous with sharing tips and directions and background on local customs. I definitely hope to repeat the experience.
