Everything was great! I really liked the hotel, and the staff was great. It's located in a nice and calm area, with a lot of lovely places (restaurants and cafes) in a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. There are a couple of bus stations near the hotel, and it was easy to reach any part of the city. Breakfasts are amazing.

It was clean, staff were accomodating and when I needed things late at night reception sent them straight to the room. Breakfast was great with good variety. Located a short walk to the Marmaray making it easy to get places. Within walking distance of a shopping mall outlet, pharmacies and other stores.

Location of the hotel is great as it is located close to Galata Tower, Galata bridge, Karakoy port, Metro station, Istiklal street etc. Receptionist was awesome and has provided us with free extern modem so we can use internet outside the hotel and has also gave us the Istanbulkart so we didn't need to buy it. I'm not sure about his name but he is mixed black/ arab. Owner of the hotel was also great as she has always welcomed us at the breakfast. Lady who serves the guests is also great.
