Service was exceptional: Matthew, Charlie, Hunter, Rohit, Debbie - amongst others. We enjoyed morning tea and coffee in the living room before starting out on our day; returned to evening “social” hour again in the living room with complimentary wine and apples. Staff so attentive and willing to help ! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at !

The location was perfect, close to many eateries and the MRT station a couple blocks away. I would stay here again. It’s great for big parties as it sleeps 6 adults with 3 bathrooms. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which we used often.

It features a shared lounge and a bar for guests to relax. The price is truly affordable, consider quite clean I'll say. They have a smoking area on the roof-top, a lift which reach every floor. Their shower room and bed is quite comfortable. Surprisely they provide big personal luggage locker. And there're 24hrs convinience stores really nearby.

The room is small so is the price tag. It comes with share free to use washing machines and driers. The best part is the lady at the front desk. She is so friendly and helpful. I forgot my personal pillow in the room after checkout. I went back to pick it up on the second day. They kept it and washed the pillow case for me.

For guests that are travelling by cars, free private undercover parking is available on site. It is 5.1 km from Guandu Nature Park and 9.7 km from Yangming Mountain. Staffs were amazing. I appreciate all of them.

King Room is Pet-friendly room type. It was a very nice hotel with modern facilities and an excellent view of the city. The area was safe and had several nice restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check-In and check-out were fast.
