Awesome studio apartment with a washer! It was a good break from fast paced Hanoi. The wifi was great. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to get downtown quickly.

Spring was very accommodating and patient, booked me an excellent ninh binh day tour and advised me on where to eat and how to be safe. Nice room and excellent hospitality!

Our stay at Amaya Home was amazing. From the moment we arrived, every of their team members were making us feel right at home. Their were incredibly attentive. The room was modern and clean and offered all listed amenities. The restaurant was good, we especially liked their desserts. The spa was the main reason we booked this place and it was great. They offer an outside pool as well as a separate house that facilitates a very large jacuzzi, a rest area and a steam & finnish sauna. Additionally to that complimentary spa, they offer an outside variety of massages which are priced at around 950,000 VND and a laundry service which is priced at 50,000 VND/kg or 75,000VND/kg for express laundry. Overall, we can only recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always responding very quickly to any questions via messaging apps and resolving issues promptly. The hotel has a convenient check-in process that doesn’t take much time. The room turned out to be very bright, spacious, clean, and in reality, it fully matched the photos. The apartment also had everything needed for a comfortable stay (a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, etc.). The hotel’s location was also very convenient—it only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again. These are definitely some of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. By the way, we stayed here for three weeks.
