The hotel is new and clean, stuff is kind and professional. Hotel is not very difficult to find, it's just deep in the alley among the buildings, but can be tricky to find if you arrive at night as that alley is closed and you must come from another side, where all you can find is just a simple door. The location is quite good, close to the train street and many places to eat. So it is good price for the value you get, especially comparing to other hotels in the area.

Sam Sam Studio - 2 Dragons WestLake - Washing machine bevindt zich op 4,1 km van Vietnamees Etnologisch Museum, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. The studio is located near Westlake of Hanoi and is pretty calm – as far as you can find a calm place in Hanoi. With Grab you are within 15 – 20 minutes in Old Town. The Studio is super clean including the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has enough equipment to prepare some meals. Refrigerator, kettle and washing machine in the Studio too! We have been located on the seventh floor, nice few from there. A big Plus and an extra star is for the communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Fast reply, perfect English (which is very helpful!) and whatever you need: just text a message, reply comes within a few minutes. We have been to SamSam Studio Apartement twice and in sum we spent 12 nights there. When you are seeking a place a bit off the noises, parties and karaoke bars: Highly recommended!

Noi Bai Flight Path Homestay ligt op 9,3 km van Thanh Chuong-paleis en biedt een tuin en een terras. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een balkon en gratis WiFi. It's a great homestay in a tiny village very close to the airport, I think it's a much better alternative to those hotels and hostels located in the area. It takes about 10 mins on a bike or a taxi to get to the airport, so it's convenient to have a good night sleep before or between flights. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with, also he speaks English The room was clean, although not like 10/10 clean as other comments suggested, at least for me, but it was fine. The area around the village is very quiet and beautiful, it's great to have a walk between the rice fields, see the buffalos and there are a few temples too. The whole house is very modern and spacious, it's just really nice I think is shouldn't be hard to find a taxi to the airport, but if you want to have a grab bike (much cheaper), you need to be lucky, since there are not many drivers around. If you're short on time, you should ask the host to call you a taxi.

The location was fine. If it had been a little clearer outside it would have been tremendous. The staff was gracious, friendly and hospitable. The food was fantastic and I wish we had Korean food in Southern California where I live.

AMAYA HOME - Lodge, Spa & Restaurant ligt in Hanoi, op 4 minuten lopen van Thanh Chuong-paleis, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. Prachtig zwembad in een mooie tuin. De spa erbij ook heel mooi. Fijne kamer, prachtige badkamer, voorzien van alle gemakken. Heel vriendelijk en beleefd personeel. Ontbijt is echt geweldig. Wat we verder van de kaart hebben gegeten was ook erg goed. Heerlijk voor laatste dagje van de vakantie ligt op 20 min van vliegveld.

LIVIE Hanoi Ham Long is gelegen op minder dan 1 km van het centrum van Hanoi en biedt accommodatie met een tuin en een terras. Spacious room. Easy check-in and out. Very nice host which has an office on the upper floor and is available for questions during the office hours. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Mini market, old town and restaurants in walking distance or just a 30,000 VND Grab away. The construction works that everybody writes about didn't take place during our stay. There were just two mornings in which you could hear something going on for like 10 minutes.
