Location is absolute amazing,

Beautiful location in the desert. Nice welcome with Arabic coffee and dades. We had a 2-room villa with uninterrupted views on the sand dunes. It is a spacious villa and the small pool looks great and the water was warm. A small kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. Clean, quiet. Good bed and shower. Staff was very kind and helpful. We had the all-inclusive with breakfast-, lunch- and dinner buffet. All was good. Stayed for just one night but it was a great experience.

Location, privacy, tranquillity

This place is phenomenal. The location is super, in the midst of desert dunes. Superb restaurant from breakfast to dinner, I recommend the all inclusive package. The villas are very nice, spacious, with very comfy beds, pleasant private pool, large shower

Overall nice stay but LOTS of improvements to make. I believe there is a serious management issue. Positives are : Amazing location in the middle of the LIWA dunes, friendly staff and quick check-in. Modern rooms and furnitures. Nespresso well furnished. Good pressure of shower with hot water. Bedding. Pool at 34 degrees. Mirroring iPhone on LCD TVs.

The location is one in a million. Some of the staff went out of their way to help. Each villa has its own little pool. It's like your personal oasis.

Building and location are really nice. Some features are really appreciated, like the private pools and braseros in each room, the table tennis and trampoline in the main building. Staff are trying their best to be kind and helpful
