Marjan is a fantastic host—caring, attentive, and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The location is stunning, with cozy, tidy houses nestled in the middle of beautiful mountains. Excellent place on the way to Theth. Everything was super clean and tidy. The apartments are like new. Just bear in mind that the host doesn't speak English, so you will need to use a Google translator if you don't speak Albanian.

The accommodation was about an hour from Theth and the Blue Eye, and the view was incredible. The small hot tub was a big plus, and the place was very clean. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove, but there is an electric cooker, so you can prepare something for dinner. The check-in and check-out were very easy. We could pay either in cash or by card. The hosts were very friendly, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation

Spectacular setting in a valley completely surrounded huge by peaks, and adjacent to the family farm, so we were entertained by the dog, several cats, chickens, goats, and escaping pigs. The room was quite small, but outside seating, the restaurant and the pool right next door meant we weren't in the room much anyway. Very nice helpful staff and great food. We loved our stay here! Highly recommended.

The breakfast was nice with a variety of choices. The view is stunning. The hotel is about 45min away from the center of Theth, so a perfect location to relax with the wellness facilities and just a short drive to many beautiful walks. The restaurant was very good but a bit pricey for us.

The location of the villas is absolutely stunning, they are also secluded from the road for privacy. The design of the villas is lovely and takes advantage of the views. The hot tub is a nice treat and was mostly very warm for our stay in the snow.

The cabin was clean, and in a very beautiful location, with mountain views all around. The Wi-Fi connection was strong. It was relatively easy to find the place. The host was fairly responsive during our stay. Check-in could not have been easier.

Hard to rate. The location is great, it is a special place. The bed was comfy and the food was good, even though dinner was better value for money than breakfast. The staff was not super friendly, but hard working, flexible and cooperative. We had to change dates due to bad weather, which they confirmed promptly with no charges.

Location, on the way to Theth, was outstanding. Amazing newly built hotel was a joy to stay in and staff looked after us well. Beautiful views to the surrounding Accursed Mountains were stunning. Interior decoration of the hotel well thought out and modern, with the restaurant, indoor and outdoor delightful. Pool area relaxing. Snaking, tight and narrow road was a challenge getting there. Seems to be a destination for Albanians for lunch.

We had the cutest little room for our one night stay. The hosts were really nice, the food they serve is local and fresh. For breakfast you can choose from traditional albanian food, mediterranian and omlet. Mediterranian is delicious! Coffee is also first class. The location in the valley is perfect, the view of the mountains surrounding the resort are breathtaking. When we come back we are going to come for a longer period of time.

This place have very positive energy and nice helpful staff.. We had Twin room in black house and room was according our expextation for such location in nature. It will be nice if room will be little bigger.

The location was beautiful and surrounded by mountains. It was relatively close to Thethi, which is a great place to start many nice walks in the mountains, the so called Albanese Alps. Breakfast was very good, both English and continental. Diner in the restaurant was very nice including traditional Albanese dishes, our personal favorites. Our kids loved the swimming pool.

Worth the trip! Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the Balkans. Great location and service, the building is quite new, and the rooms was really comfortable. The restaurant was also good. Loved the scenery with the mountains and the nature.
