Really great place in the centre of Permet, with a nice garden. Very friendly owner who reacts within a few minutes after sending a message. Because I was there off season there was no public transport to the Thermal waters, so she arranged her father to drive me there. The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable and the shower is very nice. I really recommend this place. Very good!!!

Everything is perfect. Excellent value for money. The property is new, well maintained, modern, and clean. It is located in 4-min walking distance from the city center. The staff is super friendly, polite, and helpful. On the first floor there is a stylish and good cafe where you can have different kinds of drinks. Even though the property doesn’t offer breakfast, you can find good places in the nearby city center. If possible, I’d suggest the property to offer some sandwiches or croissants for breakfast though :)

Great view out over the river and valley from the top floor apartment. The owner offered to carry our bikes up all 4 flights of stairs to keep them safe in the apartment. We had a spare bedroom to store them in. He also arranged to come back in the morning to carry them down again!

Hosts were really friendly and they made us feel welcome from the minute we got there. Location is great and easy to find. View from the balcony was breathtaking, especially right after waking up - mountains in the morning sun. The whole building was sparkling clean. Room was nice and quiet. Everything. The host was the kindest and most helpful host I have ever had !! She made sure we had all the information we needed by calling her friends, asking for the phonenumbers of bus drivers, giving us recommendations, etc (bus to go to Sarandë and Natural Springs) The apartment was extremely cozy, very clean and well-equiped. If we ever come back to Permet, we will 100% come back to her place! I highly recommend!!!

Very nice and very clean room. Great location near the city center but also in a very quiet, in fact tranquil location with beautifully landscaped yard and outdoor dining/sitting area. Wonderful breakfast was also served and our host was informative and sharing in his knowledge of the city and its history. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.

This place is brand new and its architecture is great. I liked how there was a combo of old tradition and comfort. The place was very clean and the staff exceptional. The location is great, as it is steps from the main amenities and downtown.

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, extremely open and helpful. The food was superb!! Both breakfast and dinner, which we had booked one night. Thank you Mariella and Kastrioti! The location of the guesthouse was amazing, right at the riverside, yet very close to the city center. There are parking spots available right at the facilities. Permet is amazing and this guesthouse was one of the best we had in Albania! Great value for money!

The family room is really great. The location is good. Just outside town on the riverside. But the host is what made the accommodation even better. She is so friendly and attentive. Prepare for the big breakfast. It's great. If you're looking for a place to stay in Përmet, this is the place to be!

Very nice and warm family, exceptional breakfast. Really nice view from the terrace. Very clean place. The owners opened the gate without any additional request to park the car inside the property. We would have loved to stay longer… The hiking trail to the Langarica canyon and the benjes are reachable within the blink of an eye from here. Perfect place to stay in a calm environment near Permet.
