The property location was fantastic. Hosts Maria & Wayne are absolutely delightful. The Terrace room was large, spacious and the attention to detail impeccable. The bed was large and comfortable. There were books to read, The breakfast was fantastic. The guest lounge room was large and cosy, with an and many DVD’s to chose from. There was also a kitchen with microwave, stove and oven which guests are able to use.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Walton House. Beautifully decorated and lovely furnishings. Very comfortable bed, quiet, clean and able to walk to local restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate returning. Nice touch leaving a box of goodies for breakfast and snacks. Thank you.

The host, Coco, was excellent as was the "Iris" room that I had been change to. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the room rate too.

Location was with great outlook. The inclusion of a dinner and breakfast was a great touch and very appreciated as we got in late in first night. Well laid out cabins and super comfortable beds. Had everything needed to make it memorable relaxing and enjoyable. Would be the cleanest cabin I have stayed in. The skylights and high ceiling made it feel large and spacious

Lovely location, across the road from the river and only a 5 minute drive into town. Beautifully manicured native garden. The hosts are lovely and we had a beautiful breakfast of fruit, muslie and yoghurt followed by a cheese toasted or could have had croissants. Coffee, tea and juice also offered. Bed was very comfortable 🥰

Beautiful location. Paul, the host, was very friendly. Wildlife just off the deck. Kettering, to go to for the Bruny Island ferry, was a short drive away.

The location of the property is on top of the hill and the view across the valley and Huonville is just breathtaking. And, in the afternoon pademelons hopping around the garden are very special.

Our host, Paul was very friendly and accommodating of our pet dog. The location is very quiet and has some superb views from the house and the hill. Excellent hot water in the shower. The selection of fruit and jams with the continental breakfast was very good. The fire in the free standing wood heater was a bonus at this time of year; it actually was a little too warm at times, but I imagine in cooler weather it would be quite cosy.

Great location, views, beautiful gardens and so much wildlife around! The room was comfortable with plenty of heating options, good selection of tea in the lounge room, comfortable and ample bathroom. Paul is a great host, makes great breakfasts, offers helpful tips on the local sights and offers great conversation! Will come again any time I'm in the beautiful Huon Valley!
