Beautiful spacious flat with 3 rooms and all amenities. Near the centre, next to the restaurant and the supermarket 24/7. The flat is on 9th floor so you can overview the city. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The house was exactly as described — right by the Kur River, just a one-minute walk away. There’s everything you might need nearby: a restaurant, a market, a bus stop — all within a few steps. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding. All bed linens were freshly changed, and there were even extra sets available in case you needed them. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of clean towels provided. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there was also everything necessary for doing laundry. Overall, a perfect stay — I highly recommend this place to everyone!
