The location is fantastic. The hotel is in the middle of a forest. It's peaceful and great for outdoor activities. Everyone in the hotel is extremely polite and professional. It's definitely one of my favorite places. I'm looking forward to going back there.

The location is great, all landscape, the garden, the building and the room are beautiful, it is clean in the rooms, the beds are comfortable and you can park in front of the building. The cook is very good. The hosts are very polite.

The question is, what did we not like.
The location was wonderful to start hikes.
Our hosts were unbelievable caring and sympathetic.
The self-made breakfast was incredibly delicious.
The room was really big with a beautiful view into the mountains.
The bed was comfy and the room could be darkened well.
There was air conditioning and a fan.

Spa is little, but very nice, breakfast is not bad, but apart from the breakfast the food is quite nice.
The staff is great, the location is great and there are so many places to go - hiking, cycling, biking...

Everything was perfect. I love the location - it's secluded and the nature is gorgeous. You can have a walk among wild horses and enjoy the scenery from the nearby peaks. The hotel itself is stylish and made with lots of love. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is great and the staff is fantastic! Can't thank them enough for the warm welcoming and the care. Can't wait for my next visit.

The location was perfect for us to see everything we wanted during our stay. We visited the ethnographic village at Etar, the liberty memorial at Shipka Peak, four of the Thracian tombs/burial mounds and Kazanluk. The Shipka church, just a few minutes walk from the apartment, was a real highlight. There is a small car park with disabled bays at the church for anyone unable to climb the steps.
